You'll be able to ski straight out of this newly-built luxury chalet in La Clusaz - the Guy Perillat piste runs straight behind it! And with the ski bus just 150m from your door, you'll have quick access to the neighbouring resorts of Le Grand Bornand and Le Croix Fry at Manigod.
And when you get back to your chalet at the end of an exhilarating day, you can relax in the hot tub on the terrace, while you take in the breathtaking views of the village and the Aravis mountains.
You can walk into La Clusaz from Chalet Tinatha - it takes 15-20 minutes to walk in, but it's uphill on the way back so may take a bit longer!
Chalet Tinatha sleeps eight guests, but if you are part of a larger group, you could consider booking it with its neighbouring property, Chalet Timan, giving a total capacity of 16. Both properties have the same owners.
About the property ...
Accommodation at Chalet Tinatha is set over five split-level floors.
You'll enter on the ground floor, where you'll find the gym, a WC and plenty of storage space. There's a ski room on the lower floor, as well as the laundry room.
The beautiful open-plan living room is on the next floor up - the kitchen area is compact but well-equipped, with everything you need to cook for a hungry crowd. There's a breakfast bar as well as a dining area, where you can eat together. After dinner, relax on the cosy sofas to watch TV or plan your next day in the mountains.
There are doors from here out on to the spacious furnished terrace - there's a seating area where you can sit and watch for shooting stars, a dining table and of course, the hot tub, which is perfectly placed to make the most of the views.
There are two double bedrooms on the next level, both of which have en suite shower rooms, as well as a separate WC. You'll find the remaining two bedrooms on the top floor: another double and a twin room, both with en suite shower rooms.
Chalet Tinatha also has a double garage with a charging point for electric cars and two outside parking spaces.
About the area ...
La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

“Cozy chalet, needs little improvements”
This chalet’s location is excellent. Just a hop onto the slope right next door to the garage so hardly even a walk to get down to Beauregard. It was clean and tidy and the perfect size for our family of 6. There were a few disappointments however which was a shame. The hot tub wasn’t hot and Stephanie did come out to fix it but it only stayed hot for one night.. we did text her and tell her again. Also, the wi-fi was very slow and my husband had a few important meetings which kept on logging him out - I’m sure this could easily be fixed but was a little annoying. The room on the top floor (RHS) - the shower door wouldn’t close properly due to the seal which was broken at the bottom and water kept on flooding into the shower room itself and I had to keep on mopping it up.
I don’t want to be negative at all as we have used OVO Network several times and adore La Clusaz but feel there are a few issues which need to be addressed. I hope this does help. We really did love the chalet, it was warm, cosy and inviting. There could be a few more plugs in the kitchen to help with boiling the kettle and making the coffee machine work at the same time…
The electric blinds were fabulous and the lighting made the mood so warm and inviting.

The location is ideal — close to town without being right in the center. The chalet is very functional and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room is very pleasant, with a view of the Aravis mountains.

Chalet Tinatha is a stylish, newly-built chalet for 8 on the edge of La Clusaz. You can walk into the village in 15 minutes, or you can ski straight from your door!
Accommodation is set over five split-level floors, which may make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. However, the layout does mean that the bedrooms all have a good degree of privacy.
The chalet has a cosy living area, with a compact kitchen, dining area and seating area with a television. There's also a wonderful furnished terrace with a hot tub - a great place to relax summer or winter! The views are really quite amazing - you'll look out over La Clusaz to the Aravis mountains.
The four bedrooms all have en suite shower rooms, so you'll never find a queue for the bathroom.
You'll find a gym on the ground floor, where you can work out before you hit the slopes, as well as a ski room, with a heated boot rack.
There's plenty of space for your cars too - a double garage and two parking spaces.
There's another chalet behind Chalet Tinatha, and the drive runs past the terrace, but this will only be used occasionally.

Having grown up in this region, I've always loved the Rondes area, with its breathtaking panorama of the Aravis mountains with the village at their feet.
So it was on this peaceful site, next to the Beauregard piste and near the village, that I decided to build this chalet, which combines old wood, local stone and big picture windows - the traditional and the modern.
I wanted a family home with four en suite bedrooms, so that everyone had a degree of privacy but could still enjoy time together in the shared living areas.
Those who enjoy sports will love being so close to the ski slopes, the footpaths and the mountain bike trails. There's also a fitness room for workouts.
And on the practical side, I wanted a beautiful and comfortable ski room.
The cosy living room, with its view of the Aravis mountains, will appeal to everyone. Outside, the terrace has a dining and barbecue area as well as a place to relax - cosy sofas and a hot tub.
I would like my guests to feel welcome, pampered and able to appreciate the benefits, the pleasure and the charm of this chalet, at any time of year.
